Hello, I bought yesterday my razer naga x. I was able to play an evening normally with then the next day the optical sensor stop working. The buttons and the wheel work. I tried everything but nothing works, please help me.

Hi,
Try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers. By the way, does it make any difference if Synapse is temporarily disabled? If that didn’t work, send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for some workarounds along the way.
