Built in camera is not detected in Razer blade 15 base edition laptop

Hello, I need some help because about a month ago the camera of my laptop a Razer blade 15 base model stopped working when I open apps like zoom the camera is not detected. This is proving frustrating since I am a college student and classes are online at the moment so I need to solve this issue ASAP. I already tried all that the razer FAQ web page advises. My windows is up to date, I have checked the privacy settings, and done the advised steps in the device manager but nothing has worked so far. What should I do next?
