Hi there. I have a RZ90 15 purchased end of June 2021. I noticed very quickly within the first year that the mouse pad buttons didn't click. I thought I'd done something and as the track pad still worked i forgot about it. Over the last 6 months ive found its been difficult to close my laptop lid but again thought it was my fault. Then yesterday my track pad has bulged like a punched eye and i can't close my laptop lid at all. This is crazy stuff for a laptop less than 3 years old. My husband has a macbook pro 2017 still going strong. Its out of warranty but after half an hour of trying to find a place to lodge a support ticket online it was too hard. At one point i found a support tab that required me to run and print all these battery diagnostics before it would accept a request. I dont need to. The photo says it all. Given this is a known issue (thanks Reddit!!) and have had problems (which it turns out were not my fault) from very early i would like Razer to repair the laptop. Can anyone help please?

Remove battery as soon as possible, before it’ll make some damage to trackpad/palmrest.
