Here are the problems: the first is that the mouse can't switch applications. Clicking works correctly in one application, but to switch applications I have to turn the mouse off and on again (and it doesn't always work).
The second problem is that the fourth mouse button no longer responds, even though I can hear the click.
I tried everything, i rebooted my pc too. Idk what to do.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? By the way, what specific mouse do you have? Let me know via PM along with its serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
