Buttons not working on new Huntsman Mini | Razer Insider

I connected my brand-new Huntsman mini red switch to my laptop, installed synapse and drivers. Tried the instructions to get it out of demo-mode, but still some buttons won't work:

- backspace

- zero

- minus

- equals

- back slash

- p

- brackets

Did I receive a broken product or do I simply have to make some changes to the settings?

Does it happen also without Synapse running? Tried different port, different cable?

If yes, then I’d return it, and get a new unit.
