Buyer Beware : Amazon is NOT 'authorized' to sell | Razer Insider

Let me regail you with a tale...

TLDR;

Purchased Deathstalker V2 Pro from Amazon. (yes, directly from Amazon, NOT 3rd party). Support jerked me around for several days, only to scape-goat out, by saying, ‘You purchased from an unauthorized reseller’.…

Details:

From jump, it has CONSTANT reconnects to the 2.4Ghz dongle. I went through THREE levels of support, I answered all their demands, including videos...and being led all the time that they were ‘concerned’ about my ‘experience’. Until at some point, they re-re-re looked at my receipt... And randomly ‘decided’, that Amazon itself is no longer ‘authorized’.…

WHAT!?!?

I just spent SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars on this keyboard only to be dropped like a leper by support.

I've now re-re reached back out to Amazon who is being nice enough to replace it since Razer doesn't care about its customers.

I hope this replacement works... Otherwise it's back to Logitech…

This a complete failure by Razer…

My hope is someone, from Razer sees this, actually cares, and wants to have a meaningfull customer experience... And not continue the blame the customer to escape warranty obligations.

Such a terrible taste from this experience...so sad... I've got several other Razer products, all work fine… They make good stuff... Just don't seem to stand by it for some reason...I could guess why though 😉
