buying games using razer gold
Hi im a new razer gold user here. Today this morning I bought Riders Republic from Ubisoft Store and i paid using razer gold. The question is, its been hours but i still didnt have the game inside my library. It stuck at XSOLLA saying, "Awaiting payment submission". My Razer gold balance deducted, but i didnt get the game, it is not in my library or anything. Please help me

It takes place when a bank holds the fund before transferring it to the merchant once it is validated. Otherwise, contact your dedicated Razer Gold and Silver support here.
