Buzzing sound on left ear Razer thresher 7.1

I have the Razer Thresher 7.1 Ps4 version for two days now and use it on the PC. About two days ago the left side started to have a buzzing sound. The sound is only hearable when i watch videos with no music in the backround and when i dont have audio, for example when I am browsing reddit. When i first occured the buzzing was only, when I tilted my head, when my head was straight the buzzing went away, now it is constant. Is there a way to fix this? And no i didnt drop it. Also i have diconnects about every 2-3 hours. the bluetooth adapter is connected via usb 3.0.
