call logged with EU Technical support since October 2019 - laptop still not working
logged a call with Razer in October as my laptop windows 10 got corrupted, eventually received a reboot stick after chasing in November, the stick had no information on it so was useless. have called, left messages, sent emails and no-one ever responds, I literally called 6 times one day, left 6 messages on the answer machine you end up getting sent to and Nothing. This is costing me a lot of money keep calling as I have to ring from my mobile. Does anyone know how I can escalate this as I have had no laptop for over 3 months now and I need it for my University work. All I need is a reboot stick with the information on it and maybe this will solve my problem?? Not impressed so far.
