Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with Call of Duty Secure Attestation. The system displays the error “New Key Failed to be Generated.” and asks to update BIOS I have performed several diagnostic checks, and all the main Windows security requirements appear to be satisfied.
System specifications and security status:
-
Device: Razer Blade 14 (2022)
-
Operating system: Windows 10 Home, as reported by the diagnostic tool
-
Processor: AMD Ryzen
-
TPM: TPM 2.0 is present, initialized, and ready for use.
-
TPM attestation: Both “Ready For Attestation” and “Is Capable For Attestation” are reported as True.
-
TPM firmware: Manufacturer version 6.4.1.400; no vulnerable firmware detected.
-
Secure Boot: Enabled and reported as functioning correctly.
-
Virtualization-based security (VBS): Active.
-
Hypervisor-protected Code Integrity (HVCI): Active.
-
Boot measurements: The boot measurement log check passes.
-
TPM lockout status: Not locked out.
-
Windows updates and drivers: I have installed all available updates.
Could you please confirm whether my Razer Blade 14 (2022) requires a BIOS update? All available Windows updates and drivers are installed, TPM 2.0 is enabled and functioning correctly, and Secure Boot is enabled and working properly.
I would like to know whether updating the BIOS to the latest version available for my specific laptop model is necessary to ensure full compatibility with the Call of Duty Secure Attestation requirements.
Thank you for your assistance.
