Hello I got gifted the Razer Kiyo cam (used) and I'm trying to set it up with my OBS and it isn't showing video at all. I downloaded the app and made an account but nothing else has happened. any advice is appreciated !

    Does the Synapse software detect your Razer Kiyo? Please PM me a screenshot of the application and your Razer Kiyo's serial number. I can use that to investigate and provide proper troubleshooting steps. Let's pick up from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
