I have a problem with my laptop's camera and microphone not working, It has been 6 months. i have tried the troubleshooting that you advise on your website, but it still does not work, so I decided to use an external camera and mic, but I have new trouble, the razer logo is off. I think many people have the same problem as me, but I can't see any troubleshooting on your website that is working for us. Please give us the best way to solve this problem.

Sorry to hear about your laptop's ongoing issue. Did you also try installing the latest Windows updates? Please download the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and see if it offers drivers for your unit. Also, did you try reverting your laptop's operating system to its factory state by following this article?
