Camera not working

I have a razer blade 15" base model laptop and recently when I facetime someone or use the camera for whatever I want It does not work, and keep getting the message "your camera is unavailable or used by another app", I have tried to uninstall the camera driver from the device manager but that didn't work (there is a tutorial for that, I followed every step and still didn't work).

    Did you already try the steps here? Make sure the Synapse application is up to date. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and forward your case to our Engineering Team if necessary. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
