Camera settings different from Razer Synapse

I just got a new monitor and rearranged my desk at the same time. Since then, I receive the following error in Synapse/Broadcast. Doesn't matter if I choose Camera or Synapse, it won't go away. I'm trying to set the zoom again but because of this dialogue box, I can't go to Advanced Settings.

Do you mind listing down your rig specifications? I'd appreciate it if you can share a screenshot of the error message as well, so we can get a better understanding of what's going on.

Good Morning! I don't have a "rig" per se. I am using my Razer for work. I have a laptop on a docking station and the Razer connected. I use it mostly for Teams but I cannot set the Zoom in Teams. I set it using Synapses previously but since connecting my new monitor (wide-screen, curved) when I go into Synapses to go to "Advanced Settings" to set the zoom this is what I get.

@lacheeks Thanks for the update. What happens when you select either the Camera or Synapse on that pop-up message? From the looks of it, another app is controlling the camera drivers.

Nothing happens. I can't click on anything within Synapses. I even tried to see if I could drag the error dialogue box around the screen and I could not. You can see from the attached screenshot that I actually uninstalled the Razer camera from my laptop, did a restart and even though it is not listed under my devices, I am still getting the error.

From the looks of it, the laptop isn't properly detecting your Razer camera. Perform a clean installation of Synapse and device drivers by following this guide. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your camera, and let's check for firmware-related solutions. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
