Having random disconnects and unstable connections while I’ve had this my Orochi V2 working well on both of my Dell laptops for about 2 years now. But it spontaneously started blinking green randomly and refusing to connect. After a restart it works fine again until I force to sleep or lid open. But only on my main laptop and just not on my Dell work laptop. Opening lids, coming out of sleep, causes these issues. When the device wakes up it loses connection and goes into blinking green mode (high speed wireless) and wont connect unless a restart- even with reinserting dongle, re-pairing, etc.
It Reconnects of the USB just lead to stuttering and a lack of connection. It will work on other laptops Win 11 Pro just fine with disconnects, but your driver has done something to Win 11 Home that is really a mess. I’ve gone through all other processes, updates, reinstalls, even if Synapse is install or not. I’ve also tried rolling back the driver to no avail. It’s not the mouse dying either- it’s a Razer thing they need to work out asap. Bluetooth also is laggy and refuses to connect to bluetooth but then connects despite the message. But again, the cursor still doesn’t move. I see it constantly refreshing in the Device Manager page and that is a wireless conflict probably / perhaps. I’ve seen this before throughout the past 4 plus years online with tons of users and I’d like to see Razer be more transparent about addressing issues for this. Where is there support request page, anyways? And why is this site separate from their actual website. Intentionally confusing process and design from all of Razer.
