Can I claim warrant for this?

Hello guys,

So the issue I’m facing here is that, I bought Razer Blackshark v2 x USB Wired in Jan 2025. So, it’s only been a while and it was a great experience, But suddenly the rubber covering of the wire has started to shred off on it’s own. NO improper use, I’ve always made sure to use it properly and also tied the excess wire so that it doesn’t curl up and cut itself. But, it’s suddenly shredding off and now, I hear continous interruptions with static while trying to listen something. Basically it has become unusable in just 6 months of using it. So, can I put a warranty claim on this? or is there any other procedure I can through and get this fixed. Please help me.

Please note that cosmetic damage is not covered under the Limited Warranty, as indicated in the Exclusions and Limitations. For more information, you can visit the Razer Warranty Policy.

If you need further assistance, please PM me your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase. I’d appreciate it if you could provide a short video or picture showing the damage on your device. Kindly upload the shareable files to Google Drive so I can check for possible replacement options. Thanks!
