Can I have the Viper V3 Pro and Basilisk V3 Pro on the same computer?

Hi!
I want to have both of those mice connected to my main PC so that one is on the Razer Mouse Dock Pro while I use the other.
That wont cause any extra CPU usage right or lag since only one is moving?

Also, do either of them charge on the older Razer Charging Pad Chroma 
That would be ideal so I can have them both charging when done for the day.
