Can I return this mouse?

Hi, 

I’ve recently bought a Pro Click v2 on the official Razer website.

I’ve tried the mouse for a few minutes, only to realize that Razer Synapse isn’t compatible with my Mac with an Intel chip.

I’ve removed the protective film from the bottom of the mouse.

Other than that, the mouse and its accessories are still brand new, no sign of use.

Is this still valid for a refund?

The FAQ is quite ambiguous about the allowed state of the products that can be returned.
