Essentially I reached out to Razer support twice and chatted with the AI bot multiple times as I'm not sure if my Razer Cobra Pro has a warranty because it's wireless dongle and bluetooth stopped working 3 months ago along with the past month having issues with it connected via wire which stops detecting the mouse half the time. I did try to register and submit a warranty request for it but Razer said it could not be registered.
I tried again a few days ago through the AI support chatbox and entered the serial number when it asked for it and it was reported stolen which absolutely shocked me. I'm not sure what happened because I did buy this brand new from an Ebay reseller and can provide the proof that it's mine. Although I did ask the reseller for a receipt when I initially tried submitting a warranty request when the wireless and bluetooth functions stopped working, but the reseller was quick to reply that they have no receipt left.
I'm not sure what's going on but seems like I do have a legit product since the serial number was found in the database but I do wish I could get a replacement for a wireless mouse that only worked wirelessly for about half a year.
Question
Can I still get Warranty for a broken Cobra Pro Mouse that the AI support reported as stolen?
