Can no longer access account

Hi,

 

Recently, I turned my PC on to find that I had been signed out of Razer Synapse. I thought this was odd considering in all the years I've been using it, I had never had this happen.

 

When I tried signing back in, all of the password combinations I tried did not work, so I went to reset the password then recieved no email allowing me to reset the password. I am confident this is the correct email as I searched my inboxes and found password reset emails from a couple of years ago (from when I got a new PC) using that email.

 

I had various different configurations set up for this account for both RGB and keybindings, I do not want to use a different account as this would not contain my configurations.

 

My username for the account is: rushspacestation550

Please look into this urgently and let me know how we can recover access.
