I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X 3.5mm Multi-Platform 7.1 Esports Headphone (Global) yesterday, and I found no code for 7.1 surround sound! The first card I got out of the box, was “UNLOCK YOUR HEADSET’S FULL POTENTIAL NOW” which only has a QR code on it. Not any place to scratch to find the code. Can anyone help?
