Can Razer release a provisioning package for new installed OS?

Hi Razer support,

I think for various reasons, users may not use the F9 system recovery option, for example:

  • Replacing a larger SSD

  • The recovery partition is with old OS versions

  • Just install new OS and have the disk formatted (which I did, accidentally:frown_:)

After OS installed, I really want my Razer theme back, otherwise I am facing to just another desktop, not my beloved Blade 15 Mid 2019 Advanced...

Can Razer make an OS provisioning package like this, so users can just click and enjoy official Razer OOB experience and OS themes again, like travelling back to the day I received my Blade?

BTW, to get similar recovery capability, I created a fat32 partition, copied latest Win10 image files there. Then it works when I really need to reinstall, by booting to cmd and run the setup.exe. The best part is, the recovery image can be updated in the future. I guess the build in recovery image cannot be upgraded.
Hey yunpeng.du! Thanks for posting your concern here. And yes, that is normal behavior since the Razer Blade's recovery partition is in the original hard drive. If you are located in the US, you can visit our RazerCare Store and check if your laptop's model has an available recovery stick for sale. Else, you can contact our Support Team via phone, email or chat for additional assistance. By the way, this will fall as a feedback/feature request. Feel free to send our devs feedback by clicking this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/ or through the "Feedback" section in the Razer Synapse settings. I'll be locking this thread. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
