Can someone help me find the name of my headset so I can buy a new ear cup for it?
So, one of my earpieces on my Razer headset has bust by itself and I'm looking to buy a new earpiece to replace it but can't find the model of headset I have. The best I can do is describe it.
My headset has a thin metal frame for the headband and the top of the headband is what I assume is leather or some similar material. The microphone also has a thin metal frame and has a fluffy mic cover on the end. There are also green cables visible, due to the metal frame, that run around the headset and have little ties on it.
There is also little metal dials(?) on the side to allow me to adjust the size of the headband to fit my head better.
If anyone could help me out with this, I would appreciate it very much instead of bothering customer support which I don't want to do.

ps It was a gift from family years ago and they can't find any information for it either

Jamie312picture would be nice. also u can take out ur earcup there should be the name or model of ur headset
