can someone help me with pairing my Anzu glasses?

My Anzu glasses will charge but will not pair. They won’t make the noise or anything to be put into “pairing mode” I’m starting to lose my mind and would like some help if someone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I just don’t know what to do.
