can someone please help me out? razer kraken TE mic not working

While speaking to my friends on for example discord or in-game chat they say that they can hear cracks. i recorded a voice message to check, and i can hear a crack. is there a way to fix this problem? this is on the razer kraken tournament edition headphones i bought yesterday :D
