Can't Activate 7.1 Surround (Razer Kraken Pro)

Four years ago, I purchased a Razer Kraken Pro. I got an activation code but never used it, because I was a dumb kid and just wanted to play my game. Today I found the code when I was organizing my bedroom and I scratched it for the code. I downloaded 7.1 Surround and entered the code a few times and it didn't work. I then followed the www.razerzone.com/surround/ page instructions and registered the headphones with my account. I received an email confirming my registration. When do I get a code, or how do I connect these headphones to 7.1 Surround?

Paid for this headset the code you gave for the THX doesn't work you give us BS and ripped me off, your sight is shit for drivers, this has pissed me off spent hour on getting nothing to work.

This is a laugh the THX code on the booklet has a last letter that looks like nothing, WTF. Yep I'm pissed off!

Can you send me a picture of that scratch card? I'd want to take a look at that code. Also, please send me the serial number of your headset. I can use that to verify its model and determine which module your headset is supported. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
