Hi there, I recently bought a Kraken V3 Pro from a discount store due to the box being damaged. It has never been opened/used. I registered it but never got an email, so I went to the sound support page and got a code for the 7.1 Surround Sound. The application is fully updated, but whenever I enter in the code, the “Activate” button is still greyed out. I have tried to google this, but came up with nothing. Included is a photo showing the issue. Any help would be great! PS, yes I have Synapse 3, and as shown, I do not have THX Spatial Audio.
