Hello, I have bought the RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X - WIRED about 2 weeks ago, and everything was working perfectly, still is but I had to format my PC and now the code I was sent the first time to activate the 7.1 sorround system isn’t working anymore, what can I do ?
