Can't buy activation code for Spatial Audio on the Store, can't add discount code

Hello, I've been trying to buy an activation code for Spatial Audio, but the Italian store won't allow me to. When I go for the checkout, it just brings me back to the beginning of registration form. Also, I can't add the discount coupon I got from buying my headset. It works ok on every other store, except the Italian one, though.
