Hi.
As most of my points are approaching their expiration date, it's time to exchange them for a reward.
I chose a white PS5 controller charger from the list, added it to the cart, went further and... nothing.
Nothing happens.
I click Continue to shipping method and nothing happens.
When I try to do the same using the Razer Cortex app on my phone, I select the product, click "redeem", continue to the summary and the app asks me to log in.
When I enter my data, the following message appears:
“TEXT_ERROR_EMILY_400”.
Whats have to do?
