First off, a little rant. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have been trying every which way for the past hour-ish to get a hold of customer support. All of which failed, clearly as I am posting here as a last ditch attempt to get some form of resolution to my problem.
With that done, on to the actual issue at hand.
I ordered the new Razer Kraken Kitty V2 - Gengar edition for my husband, who loves Gengar. Keep in mind this item does not ship until September 29th, 2025.
I purchase it on the website while at work so I don’t bother to sign in or make an account. I made a mistake during checkout, a simple one. I said my address was (numbers) E Booker Street (not the real street, obviously) instead of W Booker Street.
I have since learned that this was a cardinal mistake and I will burn in the fiery pits of hell for it. It is impossible to change, which is ridiculous in and of itself for an item that was pre-ordered and not set to release for another four weeks, but fine whatever.
I go to cancel it, and it says my order number and my email do not match. How is this possible? I received the order confirmation at that email. That’s how I got the order number in the first place.
