The problem is the Update. I know that it's common practice to blame the consumer, or rather, point the finger to causes outside of the company's accountability, but there is consistency in the feedback from your customers. The update has caused an issue. Even for customers who only recently purchased their Kiyo, they too are experiencing the wonders of your broken update. Fix it.
