The problem is the Update. I know that it's common practice to blame the consumer, or rather, point the finger to causes outside of the company's accountability, but there is consistency in the feedback from your customers. The update has caused an issue. Even for customers who only recently purchased their Kiyo, they too are experiencing the wonders of your broken update. Fix it.

The problem is the Update. Your point is well taken. Were not pointing the finger at anyone nor playing the blame game here. The team wants to isolate and gather the information that can help the investigation. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
