Hi, anyone know why i can’t change LED settings on Deathadder V4 ? (Synapse 4)
Whatever i do, i had this setting and configuration by default :
LED 1 : Connexion
LED 2 : Charge
LED 3 : Polling rate
When i change it, and clic on refresh top left, it goes back to original settings.
Even if i do nothing, it doesnt save, whatever the profil i use.
I tried everything :
Different and stock profil
Firmware update
Software uninstall (with revo) reinstall (3 times)
Reset all software settings
Reset all mouse settings by default
Different USB port.
2 Different PC, same problem
I don’t know why it always come back to default. At leat, it don’t even chance before i refresh the page.
For exemple, if i set LED 1, LED 2, LED 3 to polling rate (Orange color for exemple with 4K) i still had the same color, i don’t have 1 2 3 as orange color. So yeah, it don’t even change.
Any solution ?
