Can’t complete THX Spatial Audio upgrade for Barracuda X — payment failed and my 50% promo code is now invalid

Hi Razer Support Team,

I tried to purchase the THX Spatial Audio (upgrade) for my Razer Barracuda X. The payment went through to the final step but then I received an email saying the order was unsuccessful and got cancelled.

After that, my 50% off promo code for the THX upgrade became invalid/marked as used, so I can’t retry the purchase.

  • Product: Razer Barracuda X

  • Item: THX Spatial Audio (upgrade)

  • Order date: Oct 14, 2025

  • Error: “Your Razer.com Order Was Unsuccessful” (email received; screenshot attached)

What I tried

  1. Re-adding the THX upgrade to cart and re-entering the same code → shows invalid/already used.

  2. Refreshing/clearing cache and trying again → same result.

Request

  • Please restore my promo code or issue a new one at the same 50% discount, or

  • Reopen/repush the order so I can complete payment at the discounted price.

  • If the failed payment consumed the code by mistake, could you help reset it?

I can provide any additional info you need (Razer ID, payment method, more screenshots) via DM.

Please send me a PM together with your device’s serial number and a picture or screenshot of the error message when entering the 50% promo code so I can take a closer look and assist you accordingly. You can upload the picture or screenshot to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
