Hi Razer Support Team,
I tried to purchase the THX Spatial Audio (upgrade) for my Razer Barracuda X. The payment went through to the final step but then I received an email saying the order was unsuccessful and got cancelled.
After that, my 50% off promo code for the THX upgrade became invalid/marked as used, so I can’t retry the purchase.

What I tried

Re-adding the THX upgrade to cart and re-entering the same code → shows invalid/already used.

Refreshing/clearing cache and trying again → same result.

Please restore my promo code or issue a new one at the same 50% discount, or

Reopen/repush the order so I can complete payment at the discounted price.

If the failed payment consumed the code by mistake, could you help reset it?
