Can't configure my new headset through Razer Synapse

Hi, I'm not really into technologic stuff so I'll try to be as clear as I can. I bought my first Razer device 2 years ago, a "Kraken 7.1 v2" Headset, which is now worn out. So I bought a new one 1 month ago, a "Kraken" Headset which I guess is the same model and only started using it today. But an issue came out when I set it up, I can't configure anything like I could with the previous one on Synapse, so this is leading to an audio bug. I posted a picture of the menu of Synapse so you can see the issue. (sorry for the french text tho) Thanks for your attention

You probably got the Kraken 2019. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify the model. Let's go from there.
