Can't configure my new headset through Razer Synapse | Razer Insider

Hi, I'm not really into technologic stuff so I'll try to be as clear as I can.



I bought my first Razer device 2 years ago, a "Kraken 7.1 v2" Headset, which is now worn out. So I bought a new one 1 month ago, a "Kraken" Headset which I guess is the same model and only started using it today. But an issue came out when I set it up, I can't configure anything like I could with the previous one on Synapse, so this is leading to an audio bug.



I posted a picture of the menu of Synapse so you can see the issue. (sorry for the french text tho)

You probably got the Kraken 2019. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify the model. Let's go from there.
