Can't connect 2 base station v2 to SYNAPSE

Hey, Recently I bought 2 Base Station V2, but when I try to connect them to my laptop, I found that although both of them are working but only one of them can connect to SYNAPSE, which means that only one base station can show in the SYNAPSE and RGB sync with other products, the other one is just there "stand alone", it doesn't sync with all other poducts and not showing up in my SYNAPSE,,, wondering if there is any solution for that, because now that "stand alone" base station can't either sync or turn off it's rgb, it's driving people crazy,,,

    Not possible to have 2x the same devices (with the same PID_VID number) controlled over Synapse.

    So basically means there is not and wont be a solution for this problem for now right.... really thought this is a normal demand for setting up a desktop..
