so, i’ve got a pair of razer blackshark v2 pro 2020 variant from a flea market (i’m from Romania), and i can’t connect it to razer synapse, when i plug in the dongle it shows in synapse but it doesn't connect to the headset. i’ve tried to pair whith onne of your tools but it didn’t work, i think the problem its the dongle. how can i solve this??
