can't connect to Bluetooth my new hammerhead true wireless x

I bought on Amazon razer buds. I'm trying to connect then to my phone, but i simply don't find them. I charged them, but when I turn them on, after a while, like 1 minute they turn on. 

 

please help I'm trying to connect them for like 1-2 hours😭

Thanks for alerting us about this. What specific phone are you using? Have you tried connecting it to a different mobile phone? Also, does it light up when you open the case? Let me know via PM along with your Hammerhead’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can try.
