Okay guys, I just updated my Viper V2 Pro through the Razer Firmware Updater and after that I couldn’t connect my mouse with dongle. I got only one thing on my mind and that is, I made mistake while installing updates for mouse because I had 2 choices, one was dongle and mouse and second one was only mouse and I took second option and when I try with first option now it won’t recognize my dongle when I plug it into my PC.
But my Razer Blackwidow Hyperspeed Mini V3 is connected to dongle and it’s working just fine.
