I bought Kaiser Pro headphones for Xbox just before Xmas. After about 5 months, they started showing hairline cracks on all four sides, just above the earpiece. Now, one side is completely broken. I have used them with care, but they didn’t even last 6 months. I have tried to contact Support about a month ago, but no one has got back to me. I sent a follow up, but nothing. Does anybody work to address warranty issues? I am extremely disappointed by Razer’s products and services.
