I purchased 2 Hanbo aio’s a 240 and a 360 with the explicit understanding that I could easily contact support after I got them and use the serial numbers to request the AM5 upgrade kits as posted in the FAQ of the Hanbo page article id 5779.
After getting my aio’s and using the link to support I enter either one of the serial’s and it says products valid and under war. but the submit button does nothing. I’ve tried 3 different browsers and both been signed in and not signed in.
How do I contact a support that refuses all contact.
Am I stuck needing to contact seller and return products as defective or does someone have another way to get ahold of support?
