Can't enter in the conversation with chatbot

When i enter my informations and serial number to enter the chat with the chatbot, the information filling page pops up again and it wont work, i searched for an email to contact razer directly but cant find any.

I needed help to replace a part on my chair that is sinking down slowly while i play.

I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer chair.  You can submit a ticket through this link.

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your chair spare part request.

Alternatively, you can send me a PM together with your device’s serial number, and I can help you initiate a support ticket.
