I bought Razer Blackshark V2 X last week. I registered it on the website successfully. I got the email that said it has been registered. But nowhere it mentioned the activation code. I have checked spam folder just in case. It’s not a physical code either it seems since the greeting card is not a scratch card and told me to do it online.
I have tried using this self service tool. Screenshot says I need to register the device first, but I selected it from the registered product. It doesn’t make sense?
Please help.
