Can't find a new wrist rest that fits Black Widow Chroma v2

I tried submitting a support ticket on the website. It made me put in the SN and I did, but it could not find that SN with my product. I am trying to find a wrist rest for the Black Widow Chroma v2. I just bought a full size Ergonomic wrist rest, and it does not fit the keyboard or does it lock magnetically to my keyboard like my old one. I have looked everywhere for one, this is a huge pain in the neck for me.
