Can't find my order when I click "check your order status." | Razer Insider

I purchased a mouse pad without creating an account first. I made a Razer account several days later. I click "check your order status" on the email I received. I was not logged into account since I bought it before I made the account to see order status and nothing showed up. I logged into razer and it said I have not made any orders. The money was taken out of my card so razer received payment but I can't find anything out about order status. Can someone please help?
