Can't find orbweaver chroma in Razer synapse 2.21 | Razer Insider

Hello,

I read several threads about not finding the orbweaver in synapse 2 after the update.
But i can't find the proper solution.

My setting is synapse 2 for my orbweaver chroma en synapse 3.4 for my naga trinity.
I have tried the following options:

uninstall synapse 2 and reinstall synapse
uninstall synapse 2, remove the orbweaver driver and reinstall synapse 2
uninstall synapse 2, remove the orbweaver driver and unplug it en try to reinstall synapse 2
uninstall synapse 2 and 3, reinstall 2 and then 3.
uninstall synapse 2 and 3 remove the the orbweaver driver, clean my pc from any razor dir and also cleaned my registry, and reinstall everything.
and last i uninstalled all, first connected my naga and then the orbweaver.

All with the same result, Synapse 3 with my naga is running perfect. synapse 2 does only show the buttons,
register your razer...., visit the store and view compatible devices and my orbweaver is giving me a nice lightshow and the default profile is operational, but can't be configerd.

what do i need to do so that i can configure my orbweaver again.

Yes i have tried to reinstall Synapse and run the updates that automatically comes after the installation.
But with no success. I also tried the next options:

Hello ! I have the same problem, my Orbweaver isn't recognized by synapse 2.21 !
