Can’t find product number on Kraken X

I only found the serial number on that sticker, and got as far as RZ04-0289, but I need to register my headset so I can get 7.1 surround sound and I can’t without it

Hey ​@BimblyPlays,

You can find the serial number on the box and on the left earcup, as shown below. Please note, however, that the activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound is included in the packaging and cannot be obtained through device registration. Do send me a PM should you need further assistance.
