can't finish my 2 steps verification

Hello when I am trying to complete payment it is showing that I need to do the 2 steps verification and when I try to do it using the phone number method to get the code on my phone number/Whatsapp it keeps giving me an error. And I already
forgot/lost my back up codes. Can someone help me with this?
