Can't get invoice, ID made after the purchase

Hello,

I purchased a computer on the 19th of august 2024. 

I need an invoice, but the link i received is sending me on the base website...not on the invoice.

My order is not registered on my Razer ID because it was ordered before it was created. There is no possibility to link my ID to my previous order…?!

 

I have my order number I can give if ever I can get the needed support.

My request is quite urgent…
