Can't get my invoice, and the product won' | Razer Insider

Hi all,

 

I have a weird problem with a new Razer 15 I ordered just last week. It's great, but I can't get the invoice since the order address was my friend's house in NJ and I’m abroad because of my work. The laptop was bought from the official Razer website, and I’m trying to get my invoice (crucial, for my accountant). The product isn’t on my user profile for some reason, IDK why or how, so I tried using the auto FAQs but these are just useless for me - I just need the invoice to be sent to my email (designated on the order confirmation) -I mean come on, it’s like 10 seconds for a human. Who could help me out?
